Yersterday I was getting training in Customer Service when an older lady came up with her purchase and receipt.
"I want to exchange this Sprite for another one. I got home and saw on the packaging where it says lemon-lime soda, and all I wanted was regular Sprite."
"Ma'am, Sprite is a lemon-lime Soda."
"It has lemon in it???"
"It's a lemon-lime soda, ma'am."
"Well, can I just swap it out for Coke then?"
