This is the Wesleyan Quadrilateral, using the acronymn REST, which is a tool to use for spiritual growth:
Reason -- Reason is an essential part of religion.
Experience -- Both 1) inward and 2) outward experience. Inward refers to the inward transformation after accepting Christ and being made a new creature. Outward refers to both general revelation and in other people seing Christ reflected through your life.
Scripture -- Reading both the OT/NT and praying for the Holy Spirit to reveal things to you through the reading of the Word.
Tradition -- Observing and preserving the wise and good traditions of the Church (Apostles Creed, Lord's Prayer, Lord's Supper, etc...).
